Impregnation with softener and Tumble drye in EnAIRgy Sprint with low temperatures

WHY

The unmistakable draping, voluminous and bounce effect on linen and shirts becomes possible in a continuous and industrial way by coupling an impregnation padder with chemical products (softeners and glyoxal resins) with the careful but sustained action of EnAIRgy. The open impact (as opposed to the rope) allows greater care due to the absence of hairiness from friction. The solutions adopted and patented in EnAIRgy (such as relax and crash and automatic storage management) also allow to improve the shrinking performance, so required in the linen sector.

Lyocell Fibrillation + Defibrillation

WHY

The indisputable charm of these high value-added products has always crashed on the limits of a discontinuous process, very handicraft and full of risks of creases, abrasions and defects. From today, thanks to DreamAIR we can carry out continuous enzymatic fibrillation and defibrillation processes with reduced risk of defects, but finally in a continuous, industrial and repeatable way. The logic - unique in its sector - of an air jet transportation combined with the hydraulics of a continuous washing finally allows to obtain a competitive and repeatable product on the market, with a low risk of crease and abrasions thanks to the air transport and with significant savings in water, products and consumption: -60% water and chemicals and -20% electricity

Mill Wash /Worn out look

HOW

Impregnation on padder with resin and polimerization in FlyAIR 4 with high temperatures. Energetic tumbling rope form (weft compression)

WHY

The Mill Wash effect, i.e. worn out and crumpled as per a garment finishing, is finally available in an industrial and continuous way thanks to FlyAIR, which makes use of the renowned rope technology with mechanical action, but in a continuous way (unique in the market) and with consistent dwell time in order to reproduce effects of more than one hour of discontinuous process, but with tempting speeds thanks to the back and forth movement with adjustable intensity.

HOW

Caustification from 16 to 24Be in DreamAIR and rinsing on a second module.

WHY

An absolute novelty, the result of the experimentation of the Pentek process technology office, has made it possible to use the typical chemistry of mercerizing (16 or 24 Be of caustic soda) for the preparation in DreamAIR, but without tension through air jet and rope. This determines bouncy effect, elasticity, with a full-bodied and "rubberized" hand, stability unthinkable to date and an opaque appearance despite the very high yield of the dye. An exclusive effect on cottons of various structures never achieved before.
