WHY

The mechanical action of EnAIRgy in combination with hot air in moisture conditions (minimum pick up 60%), allows to reach a softness of the "body" of the fabric, well beyond the usual slippery surface softness allowed by any chemical agent. All in a continuous process, free from defects thanks to the air transportation and with the utmost attention and absolute care for the fabric, ensured by specially designed solutions based on decades of experience in continuous tumbling, such as the adjustable inclination of the grid, the Relax & Crash function and automatic storage management.

WHY

The huge washing power (Active Washing) ensured by Wanny's revolutionary logic today at the service of washing after printing. The continuous back-and-forth movement of the fabric in flow and counter-flow multiplies the active washing action. The use of soft-flow technology (not jet) ensures an intense but delicate water exchange, without problems of creases and tensions. The revolutionary Quick module, with washing by means of nozzles and without permanence of the fabric in the bath, overcomes in most cases the ancient logic of open width washing at the inlet, considerably lowering the consumption of water and allowing washing after printing unthinkable today in rope.

WHY

The delicacy of the soft flow technology and the gradual temperatures allow the preparation of viscose or polyester crêpes with a progressive and natural relaxation of the yarn. For very high torsion fabrics we recommend a pre-relaxation activity in EnAIRgy at low temperatures on wet fabric in order to prepare the fabric for the next wash in rope form. Now it is possible to achieve the maximum exaltation of the crepe effect in a continuous and finally industrial way.

A delicate (soft-flow) and continuous action in rope form is teh perfect match with caustic soda to achieve a silky touch even in the light weight poliestere goods

WHY

The delicate and frequent action of Wanny with its exclusive back-and-forth movement, together with the use of caustic soda in low quantities, allows to achieve in a continuous way the surface decortication of the polyester for a silky effect even on totally synthetic fabrics. Finally a continuous process, which allows an effective saving of 50% of water compared to conventional discontinuous systems in the dyeing machine, at the same time guaranteeing production speeds and significant reductions in logistics and in labor normally used for sewing, loading, unloading and handling.
